We want you to be stoked with your Indi Surf gear, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please read our policy carefully.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Important: Return Shipping Costs – Please Read Carefully!
Indi Surf absolutely does NOT provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
-Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is always responsible for all return shipping costs.
-We do not refund shipping costs.
-International & Canada Customers: Please Read Carefully! For our international customers, including those in Canada, it's crucial to understand that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Indi Surf does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for any international orders, including those shipped to Canada.
When returning an item from outside the USA, you must:
-Clearly mark the package as a "RETURN" to avoid customs delays and charges.
-Provide and pay for your own shipping label.
-Ensure the package is shipped with a reliable carrier that offers tracking. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, you can try generating a return label through the "ORDERS/RETURNS" page at the top of our indisurf.com homepage, or on the "Request A Return" page at the bottom.
If you cannot generate a label this way, please email us at indiansurf@gmail.com or call us at 516-627-9220. We will then provide the return address to the email address used during checkout.

If you're shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. We'll also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
-We do not refund expedited shipping costs for any reason whatsoever.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at indiansurf@gmail.com.

Delivered, But Not Received Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to have a package marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but not have it in your possession. We want to help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Our Policy: Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we consider the order fulfilled. At this point, Indi Surf is no longer responsible for the package. We cannot issue a refund or a replacement for an order that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
What to Do if Your Tracking Says "Delivered" but You Have Not Received It:

Wait 48 Hours: In many cases, the carrier may have marked the package as delivered prematurely. Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to arrive.

Check with Others: Check with family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

Look in Hidden Spots: The delivery driver may have left the package in a secure but not obvious location, such as behind a plant, under a doormat, or in a different location than usual.

Contact the Carrier: The most effective way to resolve this is by contacting the shipping carrier directly. They can provide specific details about the delivery, including GPS coordinates of where the package was scanned as delivered.

USPS: Call 1-800-ASK-USPS or visit your local post office. You can also file a "Missing Mail" search request on their website.

UPS: Contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

FedEx: Contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX.

We are happy to assist you by providing any information you may need to file a claim with the carrier, but the customer is responsible for filing the claim. If you suspect your package may have been stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a police report.
For Your Protection: For valuable orders, we highly recommend purchasing shipping protection or selecting a shipping method with signature confirmation at checkout. This ensures your package is protected against loss or theft after it has left our warehouse.
