RETURN POLICY
- To initiate a return, navigate to indisurf.com homepage and request a return from the ORDERS/RETURNS page on the top of our indisurf.com homepage or the Request A Return Icon on the bottom of the indisurf.com homepage, and follow the instructions to request a return.
-If your return request is accepted, you (the buyer) are responsilbe for return shipping costs.
-If you did not provide an e-mail address when ordering, please navigate to our "Contact Us" page and either e-mail or call us at 516-627-9220 to request a return.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still attached.
-No refund will be issued if the item is damaged in any way or has been determined by our quality control department that it has been worn/washed/used.
- We issue full refunds however,
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON SHIPPING COSTS.
WE DO NOT OFFER PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS.
- Some health and personal care items (i.e. sunscreen) are not eligible for return.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase from indisurf.com
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
