Domestic Shipping (USA)

Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind that we don't ship or deliver on Sundays or holidays. 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

-Free Shipping: Enjoy free outgoing shipping on all orders over $50 within the USA!

-Calculated Shipping: For orders under $50, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

-Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

-Delivery Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur.

-We Do Not refund Shipping costs.

Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International & Canada Shipping

Indi Surf is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (like tariffs and taxes) are your responsibility.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll get a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can expect the tracking number to be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Indi Surf isn't liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting your claim.

Returns

For detailed information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy. Here are the key points regarding shipping for returns:

-No Free Return Labels: We do not offer free return shipping labels.

-Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This applies to all customers, including those in the USA, Canada, and internationally.

-International & Canada Returns: If you're returning an item from outside the USA (including Canada), you must:

-Clearly mark the package as a "RETURN" to avoid customs delays and charges.

-Provide and pay for your own shipping label.

-Ensure the package is shipped with a reliable carrier that offers tracking. We aren't responsible for lost return shipments.

Delivered, But Not Received Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be to have a package marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but not have it in your possession. We want to help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Our Policy: Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we consider the order fulfilled. At this point, Indi Surf is no longer responsible for the package. We cannot issue a refund or a replacement for an order that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

What to Do if Your Tracking Says "Delivered" but You Have Not Received It:

-Wait 48 Hours: In many cases, the carrier may have marked the package as delivered prematurely. Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to arrive.

-Check with Others: Check with family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

-Look in Hidden Spots: The delivery driver may have left the package in a secure but not obvious location, such as behind a plant, under a doormat, or in a different location than usual.

-Contact the Carrier: The most effective way to resolve this is by contacting the shipping carrier directly. They can provide specific details about the delivery, including GPS coordinates of where the package was scanned as delivered.

-USPS: Call 1-800-ASK-USPS or visit your local post office. You can also file a "Missing -Mail" search request on their website.

-UPS: Contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

-FedEx: Contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX.

We are happy to assist you by providing any information you may need to file a claim with the carrier, but the customer is responsible for filing the claim. If you suspect your package may have been stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a police report.

For Your Protection: For valuable orders, we highly recommend purchasing shipping protection or selecting a shipping method with signature confirmation at checkout. This ensures your package is protected against loss or theft after it has left our warehouse.
